We do not charge sales tax on teas and food products. Non-food products shipped to destinations in the state of California are subject to 9.25% sales tax.
What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean on my order status?
"Awaiting Fulfillment" means that your order is in line for processing. Our normal order processing time is 3 - 5 business days. For example if you place an order on 1/9/2017 Monday, it will be shipped out by 1/16/2017 Monday.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Currently, we do not accept orders by phone or fax. We offer secure and fast order processing for all online orders.

Can I pay by check or money order?
No, we do not accept checks or money orders. We only accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.

Do you have a print catalog?
No, we do not offer a print catalog. All our products are listed online. We invite you to browse our website to see our product offerings.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we ship to most international destinations with USPS Priority Mail International and USPS First Class International Parcel. Delivery time outside the United States varies depending on your destination. Please check with your country's customs restrictions to ensure that the products you order will not be detained by your customs department.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout based on weight and distance. Please email us if there are additional questions about international packages.
How do I send a gift to another address?
To send to a different address, simply select or enter a new address in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.
Can I ship to two separate addresses on one order?
Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each one. The total for each order must be $100 to take advantage of "Free Shipping Offer."
Can I ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii with USPS Priority Mail Service and USPS First Class Package Service.
Can I ship to an APO or FPO address?
We ship to APO/FPO addresses with USPS Priority Mail Service and USPS First Class Package Service.
Can I pick up my order?
TeaHaven.com is an Internet-only retailer. We do not operate retail outlets or pick-up locations for customers at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Your order is processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Due to the speed of processing orders for shipment, we cannot guarantee the order will be changed or cancelled.
Can I use more than one coupon code per order?
You can only use one valid coupon code per order. Coupon code must be entered upon check out to receive discount. We cannot revise order amount once your order has been completed.
What type of packaging do you offer?
Our teas and herb teas are packaged differently according to size and weight. Small packages include flat foil bag, resealable poly window pouch, large clear resealable pouch, and resealable foil pouch. Large bulk sizes (5 pounds or more) are packed in large poly bags.
