Great Add On to Iced Tea Blend

    Posted by meh2k on 20th Jul 2015

Years ago on some Health show, I heard that Elderberry was a good immune system booster. I buy the Organic (Pure) version from TeaHaven, and add about 10-15 of the "dried berries" into the blend of black and green tea carafe when I make iced tea. It doesn't change the flavor of the iced tea, and have to say that as far as colds and flu are concerned, I get the usual one per year if that. Don't know if it's the Elderberry, but it doesn't hurt to add it in!
