Tea Brewing Guide

To brew a good cup of tea, start with fresh cold water in a kettle. Bring water to a rolling boil for black tea, oolong tea, red tea and herbal tea. For green tea and white tea, bring water short of boiling to avoid cooking the delicate tea. You can experiment with steeping time. Do not steep too long or your tea will become bitter or acidic.
