Shipping in the United States
Most orders are processed and shipped out in
3 business days. We ship mostly by USPS Priority Mail, which
does not provide tracking capabilities. They offer delivery
confirmation which indicates when a package has been delivered. For large
packages, we ship by UPS Ground. If an item you ordered is out
of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or
provide you with other options.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling fees for destinations
within within the contiguous United States. In some
cases, additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii, Alaska,
Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

(sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify
for free UPS Ground shipping.
Free shipping for orders over $100. Our free shipping promotion applies to orders
shipped within the contiguous United States. In
some cases, additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii,
Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Free shipping does not apply to orders
shipped outside the United States. The shipping and handling

Time in Transit
USPS Priority Mail service provides delivery in two to three
business days, depending on location. Delivery time varies for
Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
UPS Ground service provides delivery in one to five days, depending on
location. UPS Ground delivers Monday to Friday.

to be delivered (but normally arrive sooner).

Risk of Shipping Loss

purchased from Teahaven.com are made pursuant to a shipping contract. The risk
of loss and title for any and all items are passed directly onto you upon
transfer of packages to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect and Old Addresses
If you enter the wrong address for your order,
please contact us immediately by email. To prevent this, please double check
your order before submitting it.

make any corrections to your shipping address.

unable to make corrections.

If the package is returned to us, we can
reship it to you with additional shipping and handling fee.
The additional shipping fee will be the same as your
