How do I place an order?

To place an order online, click on the "Add to Cart" button below the price to add item in your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" button located on the top right-hand corner of the web page. This opens up our PayPal shopping cart page which contains the items you've selected. You may change quantities by entering a desired number and clicking the "Update Cart" button. To remove an item, check the "Remove" box and click "Update Cart" button. Once complete, please click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Is it safe shopping online?

We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through a secure server. We will not release this information to any third party.

What are your payment options?

For online orders, we accept the following credit cards and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. We also accept e-Check payment through PayPal. For mail orders, we accept personal check and money orders for U.S. orders. No international mail orders are accepted at this time.

Is there any sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax on any orders except for shipments to the state of California. Items sold by TeaHaven.com and shipped to destinations in the in California are subject to 9.25% sales tax.

Can I order by phone or fax?

Currently, we do not accept orders by phone or fax. We offer secure and fast order processing for all online orders. In addition, we also offer mail orders for U.S. customers accustomed to traditional method of ordering products.

Can I order by mail?

Yes, we provide mail order for U.S. customers only. Please see mail order details on our How to Order page.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes, you can pay by check or money order for U.S. mail orders. Please allow up to 10 business days for your check or money order to clear the bank. We do not accept check or money orders for international orders.
